Privacy Policy.
How information is handled on our corporate website.
Draft for legal review — not yet approved for publication. The information below describes the intended website contact workflow. Verify service providers, retention and contact details before launch.
1. Who we are
Path Access Tech Hub Corp. (“PATH,” “we,” or “us”) operates this corporate website at pathaccesstechhub.co. This notice applies only to this website, not to separately operated products such as UFS360.
2. Information you provide
When the contact feature is activated, you may choose to send your name, email, company name (optional), inquiry category, subject and message, plus your consent to be contacted. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message.
3. Our purposes
We intend to use submitted details to respond to inquiries, discuss requested projects or partnerships, and protect the service against abuse. We do not present the contact form as a newsletter sign-up.
4. Current contact-form status
The website's email-delivery feature is not yet enabled. The form currently does not accept or deliver inquiries. This notice must be reviewed and updated before accepting submissions.
5. Service providers and transfers
The website is planned to be hosted using infrastructure provided by Hostinger. The future business email delivery provider and any cross-border processing arrangements have not yet been finalized. These details will be disclosed when confirmed.
6. Technical information and security
Infrastructure may process technical data such as IP addresses and request times for security and operational purposes. PATH plans to implement transport encryption, request limits, and access controls. No internet transmission is entirely risk-free.
7. Retention and requests
A retention schedule for inquiry messages has not yet been finalized. Before contact submissions are activated, PATH will define retention, deletion, and a verified privacy-contact email. You may request information about your personal information through the published contact channel when available.
8. Cookies and analytics
The current static site design does not require analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics or third-party tools are added, this section will be updated before deployment.
9. Changes
This draft may be revised as the website and company processes evolve. The finalized version will include an effective date and privacy contact information.
